Since my revelation from God on January 7 , 2025 [12 years 8 months 4 days] before the Return of Jesus Christ, which led to the preparation of this and other documents, and which state that: |
In all probability, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ will occur at the Feast of Trumpets – (Rosh Hashanah) – End of Tishrei 1, 5798 – September 11, 2037. This is in the evening of the 10th September, between Jerusalem’s sunset and moonset times; sometime in that 48 minutes 19 seconds span of time between 6:52:16 PM and 7:40:35 PM, [Jerusalem time]. Sunset on the September 10th being the start of September 11th, 2037. Jesus Christ will probably come at 7.00 PM again. God / Jesus are very exact and often uses 7’s. |
I have come across further supportive information which is now documented below: |
Firstly however, we need to be aware of an error held by many Jews which incorrectly cites that the Creation of the world occurred on Tishrei 1. |
Their statement is NOT correct. |
As will be seen on http://www.cgsf.org/dbeattie/calendar/?roman=-4003 and therefore https://www.godswordexplained.com/?page_id=2717 the First Day of Creation occurred on Sunday, Tishrei 30, -242. On the Gregorian calendar this date is 23rd October, 4004 BC. |
This correct date is the LAST day of Tishrei [Tishrei 30] – NOT Tishrei 1. |
General Notes |
1. There were three annual feasts, the Passover, the Pentecost, and the Feast of Tabernacles, at which all the men of Israel were commanded to appear before the Lord at Jerusalem. |
2. God / Jesus often use repetitive and specific dates. |
Eg: 22 October was the time of Creation and also when Jesus entered the Most Holy Place of the Heavenly Sanctuary. |
Hence Jesus Second Coming could well occur upon the same day as His First Coming: 11th September, being Tishrei 1. |
3. Revelation 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the TEMPLE of MY GOD, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the NAME of MY GOD, and the Name of the CITY of MY GOD, [which is] NEW JERUSALEM, which cometh down out of heaven from MY GOD: and [I will write upon him] MY NEW NAME. |
Zechariah 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be ONE LORD, and HIS NAME ONE. |
The Feasts of the Lord |
There are 7 Feasts of the Lord – 4 in Spring and 3 in Autumn [Fall]. |
Passover – Unleavened Bread – First Fruits – Pentecost – then – Trumpets – Atonement – Tabernacles |
All these holy days had application in their original historical context for Israel, but they also have prophetic application for us as believers in Jesus / Yeshua, whether we are Jew or Gentile. |
Every one of these holy days finds its ultimate climax in King Jesus. |
Regarding these 7 Feasts of the Lord, it is a fact that Jesus, at His First Coming, fulfilled the first 4 of these Feasts: |
As explained in detail on https://www.godswordexplained.com/?page_id=3191 |
Jesus died on Passover. |
He was buried on Unleavened Bread. |
Then Jesus rose again on First Fruits. |
50 days [by Inclusive Reckoning] later, the Holy Spirit came on Pentecost. |
Jesus fulfilled the first four Feasts perfectly on their appointed days during His First Coming. |
So we would expect that He would fulfil the three later Feasts during His Second Coming. |
When the original Hebrew calendar was in use, such parallels were much easier to see. |
Today, the Feast of Trumpets is regarded by many Jews as just another gathering for a celebrational feast. |
But its original and correct meaning has been pushed aside by the above desire. |
In keeping with many other Jews, to correctly understand things, we need to return to its origin meaning. |
Ethanim |
Ethanim, also spelled Etanim, refers to the seventh month of the Jewish calendar, which falls around September-October in the Gregorian calendar. |
Ethanim was the first month of the civil year, and the seventh of the sacred year (1 Kings 8:2). |
1 Kings 8:01: ¶ Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto king Solomon in JERUSALEM, that they might bring up the ARK of the COVENANT of the LORD out of the CITY of DAVID, which [is] ZION. |
1 Kings 8:02 And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the FEAST in the month ETHANIM, which [is] the SEVENTH MONTH. [The name ETHANIM means “strong”. The changed name TISHREI was brought back by the Jews from their Babylonian exile.] [Ethanim, also spelled Etanim, is an ancient Hebrew name for the seventh month of the Jewish calendar. It’s also known as Tishri, and corresponds to a period encompassing parts of September and October. The word itself, derived from Hebrew, signifies “ever-flowing streams” or “perennial,” potentially referencing the persistent streams during that time of year, according to some sources. In the Bible, Ethanim is mentioned in connection with the dedication of Solomon’s Temple.] |
In ancient Hebrew and biblical contexts, it was known as “Ethanim” but, as you have just read, the name was changed to Tishrei / Tishri after the Exile. |
The word “Tishrei” comes from the Syrian “tishrin,” and it means “beginning” or “commencement”. |
Rosh Hashanah is the new year for calculating ordinary calendar years, Sabbatical years, Jubilee years, and dates inscribed on legal deeds and contracts. |
“In the month of Ethanim I will set it upon the foundation stone, on Rosh HaShanah I will establish it, and the gates of Sheol will not overcome it.” |
This Jewish quote refers to the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah, which falls in the month of Ethanim. It speaks to the establishment of God’s kingdom and the enduring nature of faith, symbolised by a foundation stone that will not be overcome by the “gates of Sheol”. |
The meaning of “Ethanim” encompasses both a specific time of year in the ancient Hebrew calendar and a deeper symbolic representation of strength, resilience, everlastingness, and the enduring nature of God’s covenant with His people. |
The name Ethanim itself is believed to originate from a word signifying “perennial”. |
The month of Ethanim is notable for several key events and observances in the biblical narrative, including: |
The Feast of Trumpets – The Mo’edim: Yom Teruah – Rosh Hashanah: Head of the Year, or Feast of the New Year (Start of the Jewish Civil New Year) – The first of the High Holy Days. |
The Day of Atonement – Yom Kippur |
The Feast of Tabernacles – Sukkot |
The dedication of Solomon’s Temple |
Tishrei / Tishri is a month that also includes: |
Shemini Atzeret – celebrated on the Tishrei 22. It directly follows the festival of Sukkot, which is celebrated for seven days; thus, Shemini Atzeret is literally the eighth day [of assembly]. It is a separate—yet connected—holy day devoted to the spiritual aspects of the festival of Sukkot. |
Simchat Torah – also spelled Simhat Torah, is a Jewish holiday that celebrates and marks the conclusion of the annual cycle of public Torah readings, and the beginning of a new cycle. Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah, are a combined celebration that marks the end of the High Holidays. |
Ethanim 1 [Tishrei 1 – FEAST of Trumpets – The Mo’edim: Yom Teruah – Rosh Hashanah (Civil New Year) – The first of the High Holy Days] |
Nehemiah 8:01: ¶ And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that [was] before the water gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the BOOK of the LAW of Moses, which the LORD had COMMANDED to Israel. |
Nehemiah 8:02 And Ezra the priest brought the Law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, upon the FIRST DAY OF THE SEVENTH MONTH. |
Nehemiah 8:03 And he read therein before the street that [was] before the water gate from the morning until midday, before the men and the women, and those that could understand; and the ears of all the people [were attentive] unto the BOOK of the LAW. |
These verses describes a large gathering of the Jewish people on the first day of the seventh month (Rosh Hashanah). They assembled at the Water Gate in Jerusalem to hear the reading of the Torah. |
This gathering on Rosh Hashanah marked a pivotal moment in Jewish history, signifying the beginning of the restoration of Jewish life in the Land of Israel after the exile. It was a time of both national renewal and the reaffirmation of Jewish identity. |
Also, there is a Jewish tradition that teaches that God judges all people on Rosh Hashanah. In taking His own people, that is precisely what Jesus will do when He returns; all other people He will destroy to leave Satan and his angels bound to a desolate Earth. |
The Rehearsal |
The Scriptures tells us in Leviticus 23, that appointed times (feasts) are a convocation. In Hebrew, the word “convocation” means “miqra”, spoken as “Mik-raw” which means “rehearsal”. What does the word rehearsal mean? Rehearsal is defined as “the act of practicing in preparation for public performance event”. When we practice the Feasts, we are preparing for the return of our Saviour and King Jesus / Yeshua. The Feasts have prophetic significance. Scripture tells us that the Appointed Times (Feast Days) and the Sabbath are a shadow of things to come. A shadow is of the same image as what it is portraying. It implies these will be observed in the future kingdom. |
The Holy Days are commemorations of past fulfilments to us, the Messiah and reminders of those things yet coming. It gives us context, a history, and a frame of reference for how we live of lives. The hope of what’s coming. Together, both the past and present gives us a grid for how we live of lives —- we have context, traction, become relevant in the world around us. Each of His holy days reveals what the Messiah has done, is doing, and will fulfil when He returns. |
Yom = Day Teruah = Blowing. On this day trumpets and shofars are blown. |
On this day, we look forward to the return of our Messiah, and we prepare our hearts for His return. |
The Shofar |
The blowing of the shofar from heaven in Exodus 19 was the introduction to the kingdom of God breaking into the Earth. Three million Jews at the base of Mount Sinai heard God’s voice which was preceded by the blowing of the shofar. Likewise, the blowing of the shofar precedes the break in of the glory and the kingdom of God into the Earth. In the Book of Revelation, when the last trumpet sounds, the kingdom of the world will become the kingdom of God and of His Christ. When the last trumpet sounds, the dead in Christ shall rise, we will meet Him in the air, and we will forever be with the Lord. The trumpet announces the return of King Jesus. |
New King |
The Scriptures repeatedly tell us in Leviticus 23, that appointed times (feasts) are a convocation. In Hebrew, the word “convocation” means “miqra”, spoken as “Mik-raw” which means “rehearsal”. What does the word rehearsal mean? Rehearsal is defined as “the act of practising in preparation for a public performance event”. When we practice the Feasts, we are preparing for the return of our Saviour and King Jesus / Yeshua. The Feasts have prophetic significance. Scripture tells us that the Appointed Times (Feast Days) and the Sabbath are a shadow of things to come [Colossians 2:16-17]. A shadow is of the same image as what it is portraying. It implies these will be observed in the future kingdom. |
Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the NEW MOON, or of the SABBATH [days]: |
Colossians 2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body [is] of Christ. |
Trumpets were used to announce the king, and when Jesus / Yeshua returns, He will be coming as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. |
The first of the Fall Festival is Yom Teruah which represents the coronation of the King and His return to His People Israel. A coronation is when a NEW KING is installed over the nation. A new king on the throne. Jesus / Yeshua is the new king that’s going to be on the throne. |
The Holy Days are commemorations of past fulfilments to us and the Messiah Jesus / Yeshua and reminders of those things yet coming. It gives us context, a history, and a frame of reference for how we live of lives. The hope of what’s coming. Together, both the past and present give us a grid for how we live of lives – we have context, traction, become relevant in the world around us. Each of His holy days reveals what the Messiah Jesus / Yeshua has done, is doing, and fulfil when He returns. |
The Bible gives us a list of appointed times in which God / Yahweh wants to meet with His people. One of these special times is Yom Teruah, which literally means the “day of shouting or blasting.” It is more commonly called the Day of Trumpets because we are commanded to blow the trumpets: |
Leviticus 23:23 ¶ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, |
Leviticus 23:24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the SEVENTH MONTH, in the FIRST [DAY] of the month [Tishrei 1 – FEAST of Trumpets – The Mo’edim: Yom Teruah – Rosh Hashanah (Civil New Year) – The first of the High Holy Days], shall ye have a SABBATH, a memorial of BLOWING OF TRUMPETS, an holy convocation. |
Leviticus 23:25 Ye shall do no servile work [therein]: but ye shall offer an offering made by FIRE unto the LORD. |
1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a SHOUT, with the voice of the archangel, and with the TRUMP of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: |
As Jews shout and blow trumpets on Yom Teruah, to cause Him to remember His people, it is this prophetic Feast that points to the return of the Messiah. |
On Rosh Hashanah, we are not commanded to shout in the sense of a loud, boisterous clamour. Instead, the primary commandment is to hear the sounding of the shofar, which is a long, sustained blast or a series of short blasts. The shofar is a ram’s horn that is blown on Rosh Hashanah to fulfil the commandment of Yom Teruah, the Day of Sounding Blasts. While the shofar blasts are often described as a “shout” or a “teruah,” the specific commandment is to hear the shofar’s sound, not to engage in general shouting. The blasts are a reminder to awaken our souls and turn to God. |
While the shofar is the primary sound, there are also other sounds associated with Rosh Hashanah, such as the singing of prayers and the recitation of verses from the Psalms. |
The Bible speaks about a time of Great Tribulation that will take place in the last days before Messiah returns. When we are facing such tribulation we will want to know that God / Yahweh has not forgotten about His people. In that day we will, spiritually, be shouting and blowing trumpets for deliverance while looking up to heaven for salvation, and God / Yahweh will remember His people and Jesus / Yeshua will return with the shout of the Archangel and the trumpet of God / Yahweh. |
Notice that He comes with a shout and the sound of a trumpet. Those two things are directly connected to Yom Teruah. |
Trumpets are used to sound a battle cry; when Messiah returns He will come to slay His enemies. |
Trumpets and shouting are also connected to victory. Remember that Joshua was told to have the people shout and blow trumpets as they marched around Jericho and the walls fell down. |
Joshua 6:04 And SEVEN priests shall bear before the ARK SEVEN trumpets of rams’ horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city SEVEN times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets. [In Gematria, 777 = Power of the Godhead, Jesus Christ.] |
Joshua 6:05 And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long [blast] with the ram’s horn, [and] when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the PEOPLE SHALL ASCEND UP every man straight before him. |
Jericho was an obstacle that was preventing them from entering the promised land, and they were instructed to shout and blow trumpets to destroy the wall. Likewise, sin is an obstacle that prevents us from entering the Promised Land. We have to walk Christlike BEFORE His Second Coming – once Probation has ended there is no Mediator in heaven to address sin. |
On this Yom Teruah day, in particular, we look forward to the return of our Messiah, and we prepare our hearts for His return. |
The Spring Feasts were directly connected to His First Coming. Jesus / Yeshua died on Passover as the Lamb of God / Yahweh, He resurrected on First Fruits as the First Fruits of the resurrection, and He sent the Holy Spirit on Pentecost (or Shavuot in Hebrew). It makes sense that the Fall Feasts would be likewise connected to His return. |
The First Coming of Jesus |
In Revelation 12:1-6 the Apostle John is presenting something of great significance in a symbolic way. |
Revelation 12:01: ¶ And there appeared a great WONDER in heaven; a woman CLOTHED WITH THE SUN, AND THE MOON UNDER HER FEET, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: [WONDER is a sign which is seen.] |
Revelation 12:02 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. |
Revelation 12:03 And there appeared another WONDER in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. [WONDER is a sign which is seen.] |
Revelation 12:04 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. |
Revelation 12:05 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and [to] his throne. |
Revelation 12:06 And the woman fled into the WILDERNESS, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days. |
From the proper astronomical interpretation of Revelation 12:1-6, the ONLY day in 3 BC which meets the astronomical confluences is September 11, 3 BC, during the period of sunset to moonset, 6:18 pm to 7:39 pm [Jerusalem time]. The close proximity of the positions of the sun and the moon as described in Revelation indicate a new moon time frame, which is exactly the situation which exists on the first day of a Jewish lunar month, as on Tishrei 1, the Feast of Trumpets. Jesus must have been born on the Feast of Trumpets, as no other day of the year in 3 BC could astronomically meet the specific requirements detailed in Revelation. |
For more information on the Birth of Jesus see: |
https://www.godswordexplained.com/?page_id=699 |
There is a great deal of significance associated with the fact that Jesus was born on Tishrei 1. This significance was evident to the Apostle John when he wrote Chapter 12 of the Book of Revelation. |
Zechariah 14:16 ¶ And it shall come to pass, [that] every one that is left of all the nations which came against JERUSALEM shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of HOSTS, and to keep the FEAST of TABERNACLES. |
The early Jewish Christians considered Jesus to be the Messiah (Christ). And because He was born on the Feast of Trumpets, they also considered Him to be the King of the Universe. The theological understanding of the Jews within their synagogue services for the Feast of Trumpets was that God rules over all and that He is the King of kings. Zechariah 14:16 was commonly quoted in this regard: “The king, the Lord of hosts.” This was the very date on which Jesus was born. |
Tishrei 1 was also the day that many of the ancient kings and rulers of Judah regarded as their inauguration date. This was certainly the case with Solomon, Jeremiah, and Ezra. |
Also worthy of note is King Jesus: |
Revelation 5:05 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. |
One of the key themes of the Day of Trumpets is kingship, and The Day of Trumpets was used in counting the years of a king’s rule. It only seems fitting that Jesus came into the world on this auspicious date. |
Other important events occurred on Rosh Hashanah (Tishrei 1). On Rosh Hashanah Joseph was freed from an Egyptian prison. He subsequently became Viceroy of Egypt, provider of food to “the world,” and leader of Jacob’s family. Joseph set in motion the years of exile and enslavement of Israel, which led eventually to Israel’s exodus, freedom, nationhood, and entrance into the Promised Land. Accordingly, Rosh Hashanah is considered to be a day of freedom. This is further illustrated by the following entry in The Machzor, the Jewish Prayer Book used on the High Holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur: |
“On Rosh Ha-Shanah, the Jewish people in Egypt stopped their slave labour [they began their time of liberty and freedom] while they waited for the Ten Plagues to play themselves out so that Moses could lead them to freedom.” |
The Day of Trumpets in the biblical and Jewish calendars is also New Year’s Day for commercial and royal reckonings. This day signified a time of “new beginnings” to all those in Israel who accepted biblical teachings. In his book The Symbolism of Jewish Holydays (1995), Ernest Martin includes information from The Complete Artscroll Machzor. In his book he provides a summary of accounts found in the Jewish Talmud (Rosh Hashanah 10b-11a) and has some interesting quotes related to important biblical figures of the Old Testament. For example: |
“The Patriarchs Abraham and Jacob were born on Rosh Hashanah. Abraham was a new beginning for mankind after it [mankind’s] failure to realize the promise of Adam and Noah; Jacob was a new beginning for the Jewish people, for it was with him that Jews advanced from the status of individuals to that of a united family on the threshold of nationhood.” |
Martin also notes that other prominent men – notably Isaac, Joseph, and Samuel – were also born on Rosh Hashanah, the Day of Trumpets. |
Jesus was prophesied to be the King of the world, to lead all people into a time of freedom and peace. There could not have been a better day in the Jewish ecclesiastical calendar to introduce the Messiah to the world. |
Lastly, it should be noted that both the birth of Jesus (His First Coming) and His Second Coming (at the Resurrection of the Church) were (will be) on the Feast of Trumpets – two bookends in the life and redemptive ministry of Jesus, both occurring at the appointed times on this most significant date in the Jewish calendar year. |
Day of Atonement |
The Day of Atonement [Yom Kippur], is a significant Jewish holiday that has both historical and prophetic meaning. It is a day of repentance and forgiveness, both from God and between individuals. Prophetically, it points to the future restoration of Israel, the final judgment, and the ultimate High-Priestly work of Jesus Christ. |
“At-one-ment,” or reconciliation, bringing people back into a right relationship with God or with one another after wrongdoing. |
The Day of Atonement is reminder of God’s promise to restore the nation of Israel. |
Yom Kippur is the holiest day of the Jewish year. |
In the Old Testament ritual, a goat [“Scapegoat”] symbolically bearing the sins of the people and sent into the wilderness. This is seen as a foreshadowing of Jesus bearing the sins of the world. |
The role of the High Priest on Yom Kippur is seen as a type or foreshadowing of Jesus Christ’s work as the ultimate High Priest, offering atonement for sins. |
The rituals of the High Priest entering the Holy of Holies on Yom Kippur in the Temple are symbolic of Jesus’s sacrifice and entry into the heavenly sanctuary. |
Yom Kippur is more than just a historical event; it’s a prophetic picture of God’s plan for humanity’s reconciliation with Himself and with each other, culminating in the ultimate victory of the Messiah and the establishment of His eternal kingdom. |
Christians believe that Jesus’ death on the cross serves as the ultimate and complete atonement for the sins of humankind, fulfilling the need for a perfect sacrifice foreshadowed in the Old Testament sacrificial system. |
End time signs |
Matthew 24 cites end time conditions; many of today’s events are listed upon: |

Note the following: |
Church and state unite for the final battle on Earth. |
Moral absolutes based on the Word of God and the Ten Commandments have been removed from our society. |
The abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel is when the Lord’s sanctuary is profaned. |
America, instead of being a nation in whom God We Trust, is now a nation that stands for everything but God. |
The Bible says that Jesus will not return until the anti-Christ is first revealed. And the only way the anti-Christ can arise is if the Holy Spirit begins to pull back. Paul tells us that the Holy Spirit that has been restraining evil is going to begin to loosen his grip, he’s going to begin to step back, he’s going to begin to take his hands off so that evil could begin to rise so that an ascendancy of evil can take place, which will create an atmosphere for the anti-Christ to arise. And God’s purpose in all this is ultimately to let evil run its course to reach a climax and then for God to step in at Jesus’ return and extinguish it and eliminate it and destroy it once and for all. It’s all part of God’s plan. |
Even people that don’t believe in Jesus know that something is way different in the culture today. Consider the effects of climate change. |
In the beginning, the Lord created them male and female. He didn’t create us with all these pronouns that are blurred together that means something other than either male or female. People are no longer determining their identity by how they were created. They’re choosing what identity they want to be sexually, regardless of their biological characteristics. |
One of the things that Daniel saw was that information and knowledge would increase and completely covered the Earth. Today, knowledge is right at our fingertips – via Google on our phone, for instance. |
In this information age. everything is happening so quickly. Many people that are following technology, see many dangers in AI [artificial intelligence]. They are concerned about mankind creating computer systems with AI where the AI becomes smarter than human beings, and about the possibility of these machines taking over humanity. Also AI with nuclear weapons they see as very daunting. |
Feast of Tabernacles |
The Feast of Tabernacles, or Sukkot, is the third great annual pilgrimage festival when the Jewish people gather together in Jerusalem not only to remember God’s provision in the Wilderness but also to look ahead to that promised Messianic age when all nations will flow to Jerusalem to worship the Lord. |
Zechariah 14:16 ¶ And it shall come to pass, [that] every one that is left of all the nations which came against JERUSALEM shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of HOSTS, and to keep the FEAST of TABERNACLES. |
The prophet Zechariah foretells of a time when all nations will ascend to Jerusalem from year to year to “worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles” (14:16). Thus we keep Sukkot now because of that future prophetic purpose hidden in this unique festival which will soon be revealed – and it has to do with the second coming of the Lord. |
Throughout the 1,000 years following the Return of Jesus, the people of God will want to celebrate this feast because it focuses upon what Jesus has done for us. For a thousand years, we will look back on the day of His appearing to take up the throne of David in the New Jerusalem and to judge the world in righteousness and peace. |
At that time all nations will readily choose to join in this yearly gathering, but at present, it is voluntary. Yet when Christians flock to Jerusalem now to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles, it serves as a powerful statement of faith that we believe that day is coming when the earth will finally be at rest in Messiah, the King of Israel. |
Sukkot (Tabernacles) |
The Feast: Sukkot |
Sukkot is the only holiday that really encompasses two holidays: Seven days of Sukkot and one day of Shemini Atzeret [upon which we celebrate Simchat Torah]. Sukkot begins just five days after Yom Kippur. |
During this feast, the children of Israel remember how they dwelt in tabernacles in the wilderness for forty years. They were to go and make booths and to dwell therein for seven days feasting and giving thanks to the Most High for bringing them out of Egypt. The first and the eighth day were to be Holy Convocations. |
Prophetically, Sukkot / Tabernacles points to the millennial reign of Jesus / Yeshua while also looking back to the Israelites post-Exodus journey through the wilderness, and commemorates what many believe to be the actual time of Messiah’s birth. So as we assemble to honour God / Yahweh and our King as a Kingdom of Priests (Exodus 19:6. 1 Peter 2:9, Revelation 1:6), we will truly seek to manifest Heaven on Earth, all bringing our best and serving others with our gifts…the organic Ecclesia in action! |
In Hebrew, the word for a single shelter is a sukkah—plural sukkot—so the holiday was called Sukkot in Hebrew. (Pronounced “sue-COTE”). Every year Jews stay outdoors with their family in a shelter (sukkah) that is self built as a reminder that all of life is temporary; that the goal is the Promised Land. |
Jesus / Yeshua celebrated the Festival of Tabernacles; it is recorded in John 7. |
Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah |
Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah immediately follow the seven-day festival of Sukkot. Shemini Atzeret is translated as the Eighth Day of the Assembly. Shemini Atzeret falls on the day after Sukkot, on the 22nd of Tishrei. Its name means ‘the eighth [day of] assembly’. Simchat Torah means “the rejoicing of the Torah” and engenders the dual meaning implicit in its name. |
After He ordains the seven-day feast of Sukkot, God / Yahweh tells Moses: “On the eighth day you shall have a solemn assembly. You shall not do any ordinary work” (Numbers 29:35, also Leviticus 23:36). This eighth day of “solemn assembly” came to be called Shemini Atzeret. |
“For seven days you are to bring an offering by fire [a burnt offering, also known as a holocaust offering] to the LORD / God / Adonai. The eighth day will be a holy convocation to you, and you are to bring an offering by fire to Adonai. It is a solemn assembly—you should do no laborious work.” (Leviticus 23:36) |
“So on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you are to keep the Feast of Adonai for seven days. The first day is to be a Shabbat rest, and the eighth day will also be a Shabbat rest.” (Leviticus 23:39) |
Then on the fifteenth day of the seventh month you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no laborious work, and you shall observe a feast to God / Yahweh for seven days. On the eighth day ye shall have a solemn assembly: ye shall do no servile work therein: (Numbers 29:12, 35) |
God / Yahweh commanded the Israelites to celebrate the feast for seven days, starting with a holy convocation on the first day. He then continued by giving instructions for the offerings which are to be done, once again, for seven days. Subsequently, on the eighth day, there is to be a holy convocation, it is to be an assembly. “On the eighth day you shall hold a solemn (serious) gathering; you shall not work…” |
From the Scriptures, proving that the 8th day is about new beginnings, we can deduce that the 8th day of Sukkot or the feast of Tabernacles is prophetic of a future new beginning. Prophetically, Shemini Atzeret, the “Eighth Day of Assembly” and Simchat Torah, meaning “Rejoicing with the Torah / the Bible / God’s Word”, signify a deeper, more personal relationship with God. It parallels the start of Eternity Future which occurs at the end of the 7,000 years. |
And this development is gained through the constant unfolding to us of the character of God – the glory and the mystery of the written Word. If it were possible for us to attain to a full understanding of God and His Word, there would be for us no further discovery of truth, no greater knowledge, no further development. God would cease to be supreme, and man would cease to advance. Thank God, it is not so. Since God is infinite, and in Him are all the treasures of wisdom, we may to all eternity be ever searching, ever learning, yet never exhaust the riches of His wisdom, His goodness, or His power. {Education 172.2 1903} |

The King James Version (KJV) was published in 1611 by Robert Barker, the king’s printer in England, although the exact date within 1611 is unknown, with some sources suggesting May 2, 1611, as a likely date. Uncertainty of Date: While the year is certain, the precise date of the first publication is not known; the date May 2, 1611, is often cited but not confirmed, according to WordPress.com. https://www.timeanddate.com/date/durationresult.html?d1=2&m1=5&y1=1611&d2=11&m2=9&y2=2037 From and including: Thursday, 2 May 1611 (Julian calendar in United Kingdom) To, but not including Friday, 11 September 2037 (Gregorian calendar) Result: 155,716 days = 426 years, 4 months, 9 days excluding the end date 2037-1611=426 years A “day” of 23 hours, 56 minutes, and 4.09 seconds is known as a sidereal day, which is the time it takes the Earth to complete one full 360-degree rotation on its axis relative to distant stars. In contrast, the 24-hour solar day that we use for clocks is measured by the time it takes for the Sun to return to the same position in the sky, an interval that is about four minutes longer due to Earth’s movement in its orbit around the Sun. 1 day = 23 hours 56 minutes 4.09 seconds = 23.934469444444 hours. A sidereal year is approximately 365.25636 days, which is the time it takes for the Earth to complete one orbit around the Sun relative to the fixed stars. This value is slightly longer than the tropical year (365.24219 days), which is the time it takes for the Sun to return to the same point in the ecliptic, like the vernal equinox, due to the precession of the equinoxes. A sidereal minute contains exactly 59.8361 seconds of a standard (solar) minute. This is because a sidereal day (Earth’s rotation relative to distant stars) is 23 hours, 56 minutes, and 4.09 seconds, which is shorter than a solar day, so its divisions of time are also slightly shorter. To one lot of: 144,000 days = 394.24364848842057124 years [@365.25636 days] Add two lots of: 144,000 hours = 16.4717939289829488286 years [@23.934469444444 hours] Then subtract 3 lots of: 144,000 seconds = 0.2752818771441144865489 years [@59.8361 minutes] This “123” [see the meaning below] gives: 1*394.2436485+2*16.4717939-3*0.2752818 = 426.3613909 = 426.36 years 155,716 days = 426 years, 4 months, 9 days excluding the end date = 426.3579745 = 426.36 years. Values agree to 2 decimal places. The Mathematics of our God! 123 = Power of the Godhead – God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit – Devoted to the Lord Obsevation: -3 being reflective of 3 BC [Birth year of Jesus]. [BC dating being considered negative to our AD dating.] Other Observations: This proves the 2 May 1611 KJV publishing date and gives further confirmation to the fact that God’s Word is the KJV Bible for English speaking people. |
Do Ezekiel 20:37-38 and Luke 20:37-38 confirm the Second Coming of Jesus? |
Ezekiel 20:37 AND I WILL CAUSE YOU TO PASS UNDER THE ROD, AND I WILL BRING YOU INTO THE BOND OF THE COVENANT: |
Ezekiel 20:38 AND I WILL PURGE OUT FROM AMONG YOU THE REBELS, AND THEM THAT TRANSGRESS AGAINST ME: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and THEY SHALL NOT ENTER INTO THE LAND OF ISRAEL: AND YE SHALL KNOW THAT I [AM] THE LORD. |
Rod = Sceptre = an ornamented staff carried by rulers on ceremonial occasions as a symbol of sovereignty. |
A Sceptre is a rod or staff (adorned with gold and jewels) that a king holds to indicate that he is in authority —the shepherd of his people. “Shepherd your people with your scepter” (Micah 7:14). We see Jesus our King as the Shepherd, and ourselves as the sheep. |
NASB 1995: |
Shepherd Your people with Your scepter, The flock of Your possession Which dwells by itself in the woodland, In the midst of a fruitful field. Let them feed in Bashan and Gilead As in the days of old. |
Berean Study Bible: |
Shepherd with Your staff Your people, the flock of Your inheritance. They live alone in a woodland, surrounded by pastures. Let them graze in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old. |
KJV Bible: |
Micah 7:14 ¶ Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily [in] the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed [in] Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old. |
Hebrews 1:8 But unto the SON [HE saith], THY THRONE, O GOD, [is] for ever and ever: a SCEPTRE of righteousness [is] the SCEPTRE of THY KINGDOM. [THY THRONE, O GOD – God the Father confirms the Divinity of His Only Begotten Son] [SCEPTRE = an ornamented staff carried by rulers on ceremonial occasions as a symbol of sovereignty] [Question: Why would God throughout His Word differentiate between Himself and His Son if both were part of a 1in3 / 3in1 God that had a kingdom, throne, etc.?] |
Therefore PASS UNDER THE ROD implies coming under a reigning King. |
At the Second Coming, Jesus will commence His reign and acquire His kingdom. |
I WILL BRING YOU INTO THE BOND OF THE COVENANT |
The “bond of the covenant” refers to the binding nature of a covenant, particularly one made with God, and the obligations and blessings that accompany it. It signifies the commitment and loyalty required to uphold the terms of the covenant, as well as the security and relationship it provides with the divine. |
In the last days, God’s people will be bonded to God and Jesus through the New Covenant. This they must do to get through the trails and “time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation” – Daniel 12:1. |
A bond is a binding agreement where one party (Jesus) promises to perform a specific act – to take His people to His Father’s home. |
Exodus 31:16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the SABBATH, to observe the SABBATH throughout their generations, [for] a PERPETUAL COVENANT. |
Exodus 31:17 It [is] a sign between me and the children of Israel FOR EVER: for [in] six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the SEVENTH DAY he rested, and was refreshed. |
Exodus 34:27 And the LORD said unto MOSES, Write thou these words: for after the tenor of these words I have made a COVENANT with THEE and with ISRAEL. |
Exodus 34:28 And he [Moses] was there with the LORD FORTY DAYS and FORTY NIGHTS; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the TABLES the WORDS of the COVENANT, the TEN COMMANDMENTS.[Moses Third time of FORTY DAYS and FORTY NIGHTS – See also Deuteronomy 9:9, 9:18 & 9:25] |
Deuteronomy 7:9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, He [is] God, the faithful God, which keepeth COVENANT and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations; [implying forever] |
I WILL PURGE OUT FROM AMONG YOU THE REBELS, AND THEM THAT TRANSGRESS AGAINST ME |
THEY SHALL NOT ENTER INTO THE LAND OF ISRAEL: AND YE SHALL KNOW THAT I [AM] THE LORD. |
REBELS AND THEM THAT TRANSGRESS: Everyone who has not given their life to God and Jesus. |
YE SHALL KNOW THAT I [AM] THE LORD: By “2038”, God’s people will have entered the “Promised Land” and know Jesus as “KING of KINGS and LORD of LORDS”. |
Luke 20:37 NOW THAT THE DEAD ARE RAISED, even Moses showed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. [Exodus 3:6 15, 4:5; Matthew 22:32; Mark 12:26; Acts 7:32] [Luke, as a physician, gives the most detailed account of Jesus. Jesus was answering the Sadducees about the wife who had 7 brethren; in the resurrection whose wife of them is she? for seven had her to wife. With Jesus Second Coming in the year 2037, the dead in Christ will indeed be raised.] |
Luke 20:38 For He is not a God of the dead, but of the living: FOR ALL LIVE UNTO HIM. |
DEAD ARE RAISED: The dead in Christ will be raised in 2037 when Jesus returns. |
He is not a GOD OF the dead, but of THE LIVING: By “2038”, God’s people will know this to be true. |
FOR ALL LIVE UNTO HIM: Again, a true statement. |
Conclusions |
The sceptic may cite that the above parallels are weak and irrelevant to justify the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. However, the following should be born in mind: |
1. These verses, as part of the Bible – God’s Word – could have been talking about ANY subject within the Bible. However, they do cover phrases that relate to the Second Coming of Jesus. This is more than coincidence, this is an act of divinity. |
2. The above details should be seen as just one more finding to the mass of evidence already covered by: |

2598 years after Creation = 1406 BC, Joshua Entered the Promised Land. The name Joshua is synonymous with Jesus through their shared etymology, as “Jesus” is the Greek form of the Hebrew name “Yehoshua” (or “Yeshua”), which means “the Lord saves” or “Jehovah is salvation”. The New Testament uses the Greek name “Iesous” for both the Old Testament figure Joshua, leader of the Israelites, and Jesus of Nazareth. In Hebrews 4:8–10, this connection is made explicit: Joshua led the Israelites into the physical rest of Canaan, while Jesus leads God’s people into the spiritual “rest” of God’s kingdom. Hebrews 4:08 For if Jesus [Joshua] had given them REST, then would He not afterward have spoken of another day. Rather: For if Jesus [Joshua] had given them CESSATION, then would He not afterward have spoken of another day. There remaineth therefore A PERIOD OF CESSATION to the people of God. For he that is entered into his PERIOD OF CESSATION, he also HATH CEASED (correct in the KJV) from his own works, as God did from His. Let us labour therefore to enter into that PERIOD OF CESSATION, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. (Hebrews 4:8-11) Hebrews 4:09 There remaineth therefore a REST to the PEOPLE OF GOD. [See Hebrews 4:08 notes.] Hebrews 4:10 For he that is entered into his REST, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God [did] from His. [See Hebrews 4:08 notes.] Therefore, Jesus and Joshua are really the same name, although in different languages. The Greek form (in English) is Jesus. The Hebrew form (in English) is Joshua. Both forms of the name mean “The Lord Is Salvation.” A year before, in 2597 AM [Anno Mundi] = 1407 BC was the Jubilee No. 53. 53 = Faithful Witness. In that year: > Joshua was chosen to succeed Moses [Numbers 27:18]. Numbers 27:18 ¶ And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom [is] the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him; > Moses was commanded by God to write a Summary of Israel’s journey [Numbers 33]. Numbers 33:01: ¶ These [are] the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the LAND of EGYPT with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron. Numbers 33:02 And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the LORD: and these [are] their journeys according to their goings out. Numbers 33:03 And they departed from RAMESES in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians. [up to] . . . Numbers 33:56 Moses’ summary of Israel’s history is also given in Deuteronomy 1 – 4. > Moses blesses the 12 Tribes [Deuteronomy 33]. > Moses camps at Shittim. Shittim was the last camping place of the Israelite tribes before they crossed the river Jordan [Numbers 25:1]. At Shittim Moses ordered a census of the people [Numbers 25:1 – 5]. Numbers 25:01: ¶ And Israel abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab. Numbers 25:02 And they called the people unto the sacrifices of their gods: and the people did eat, and bowed down to their gods. Numbers 25:03 And Israel joined himself unto Baalpeor: and the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel. Numbers 25:04 And the LORD said unto Moses, Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the LORD against the sun, that the fierce anger of the LORD may be turned away from Israel. Numbers 25:05 And Moses said unto the judges of Israel, Slay ye every one his men that were joined unto Baalpeor. Note the condition of the people just before they entered the Promised Land. After the completion of 53 Jubilees, the Israelites entered the Promised Land. 70 = Elder(s) – Israel’s Captivity and Return. After the completion of another 70 Jubilees gives 123 Jubilees in total. 123 = Power of the Godhead – God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit – Devoted to the Lord. 6027 AM = 2024 AD which was the completion of Jubilee No. 123. As Joshua took the Israelites into the Promised Land, so will Jesus take His people into the “Promised Land”. Thus we can expect that the Second Coming of Jesus will occur during Jubilee No. 124. Jubilee No. 124 is from 2024 – 2073. 2037 is 6000 + 40 years since Creation. The end of all things is at hand; and in consideration of the shortness of time, we as a people should watch and pray, and in no ease allow ourselves to be diverted from the solemn work of preparation for the great event before us. Because the time is apparently extended, many have become careless and indifferent in regard to their words and actions. They do not realize their danger, and do not see and understand the mercy of our God in lengthening their probation that they may have time to form characters for the future, immortal life. Every moment is of the highest value. Time is granted them, not to be employed is studying their own ease and becoming dwellers on the earth, but to be used in the work of overcoming every defect in their own characters, and in helping others to see the beauty of holiness by their example and personal effort. But God has a people upon the earth, who in faith and holy hope are tracing down the roll of fast-fulfilling prophecy, and are seeking to purify their souls by obeying the truth, that they may not be found without the wedding garment when Christ shall appear. {RH, October 20, 1885 par. 1} 40 = Trials – Probation – Testing / Severe Test – Days of Jesus’ Temptation – Time of Proving – Closing in Victory / Judgement – A Very Long Time – Tribulation Revelation 21:01: ¶ And I saw a NEW HEAVEN and a NEW EARTH: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. Revelation 21:02 And I John saw the HOLY CITY, NEW JERUSALEM, coming down FROM GOD OUT OF HEAVEN, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. [John saw the holy city, the NEW JERUSALEM, with its TWELVE GATES of pearl and TWELVE FOUNDATIONS of precious stones, coming down from God out of Heaven. The streets are of transparent gold, clear as crystal. Everyone who shall enter those gates and walk those streets will here have been changed and purified by the power of the truth; and the crown of immortal glory will adorn the brow of the overcomer. [ST, December 22, 1887 par. 3]] Revelation 21:03 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the TABERNACLE of God [is] with men, and HE WILL DWELL WITH THEM, and they shall be His people, and God HIMSELF SHALL BE WITH THEM, [and be] their God. [Exodus 29:45; Leviticus 26:11-12; Zechariah 2:10; 2 Corinthians 6:16] “New Jerusalem” is symbolic of God’s people, representing a holy, purified community dwelling with God in a renewed creation, and is also described as a literal city where God will live with them. It is often equated with the Bride of Christ, a metaphor for the Church, emphasising a pure and intimate covenant relationship between Christ and His followers. Isaiah 54:05 For thy Maker [is] thine husband; the LORD of HOSTS [is] his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called. Isaiah 54:06 For the LORD hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God. Isaiah 54:07 For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee. Considering the last Jubilee year of 2024 as 1 [being the standard system since Creation], the year 2037 is 14. 14 = Deliverance – Salvation – A Double Measure of Spiritual Perfection – Fear of the Lord – Righteous. Just as at Creation and in 1844, the “beginning” of the year is taken as 22 October. From and including: Tuesday, 22 October 2024 To, but not including Friday, 11 September 2037 Result: 4707 days. 4707 = 3*3*523. 523 = Glorious Princess Appears. 3 = Godhead (3 Powers) – Divine Completeness / Perfection / Holiness – Resurrection. 3*3 = 3 raised to a higher power. 9 = Fruits of God’s Holy Spirit – Hour of Prayer – Divine Completeness from the Father – Finality – Un-changeableness – Judgement (Spirit of truth). Revelation 19:07 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. |
It is fascinating and exciting to [re-]discover these consistencies and patterns within the Scriptures – God’s Word. Always there, they have been hidden from view but now seem glaring obvious. They form part of God’s master plan for us, as sinners, in His Plan of Salvation. |
