Trinity Bible !

Fact: Since 1980, the Seventh-day Adventist Church has accepted the trinity doctrine. A one God who can also be seen as “God the Father, “god the son” and “god the holy spirit”. Hence the 1in3 and 3in1 mystery that, we are told, no human being can prove, nor understand, although we are told, by high-ranking humans that have acquired authority, that “only by faith can we believe it”.

Reminder: The trinity belief is that the Son [as well as the Holy Spirit], is CO-ETERNAL, CO-EXISTENT like the Father. Hence all three MUST have ALWAYS EXISTED. That there is a ‘god the son’ and a ‘god the holy spirit’ as well as God the Father. What does God’s Word say ?

Well, for starters the word and even the concept of the trinity does not exist within God’s Word. Then we find that ‘god the son’ and ‘god the holy spirit’ never occur. God’s Word always refers to the ‘Son of God’ and the ‘Holy Spirit of God’ or ‘Holy Spirit of Christ’.

Well let’s see what God’s Word actually says:

Ge1.2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the SPIRIT OF GOD moved upon the face of the waters. {Right from the very beginning, the Holy Spirit has an owner – God the Father. Bible findings: Holy Spirit of God = 1; Holy Spirit = 7; Spirit of God = 26; Spirit of the Lord = 31 but no god the [holy] spirit.}
Ge1.26 >And God said, Let US make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. {See ep3.9 for identity of US : also he1.2. Man was to be made in the image of God. So the US must have the attributes of God. Obviously, one was God the Father and the other must have come from God.}
Ge1.27 So GOD created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. [mt19.4] {Jesus received all power from His Father [mt28.18]; ultimately it was God who created; not Jesus.}
Ge5.4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters: {The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence. Adam existed and then at a later date Seth was begotten.}
Ge19.1 And there came TWO ANGELS to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing [them] rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground; {Note: Not 3 – God and Christ ALWAYS work with ONE or TWO and never sends THREE angels. lk9.30, lk24.4, jn20.12, ac1.10}
Ge41.38 And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find [such a one] as this [is], a man in whom the Spirit of God [is]?
Ge41.39 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath showed thee all this, [there is] none so discreet and wise as thou [art]:
Ge41.40 Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou. {Note, in these 3 verses, the parallels between Pharaoh/God the Father, Joseph/Jesus the Only Begotten Son of God, and the Spirit of God.}
Ge41.41 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt. {God sets Jesus over this sinful world.}
Ex20.3 THOU SHALT HAVE NO OTHER GODS BEFORE ME.
Ex20.5 THOU SHALT NOT BOW DOWN THYSELF TO THEM, NOR SERVE THEM: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me;
De6.2 That thou mightest fear the LORD THY GOD, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son’s son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged. {ONE GOD – not a 3 in 1 / 1 in 3 mysterious god.}
De6.4 Hear, O Israel: THE LORD OUR GOD [IS] ONE LORD: [is42.8; ml2.10; mk12.29-30,32; jn17.3; ro3.30; 1co8.4&6; ep4.6; 1ti2.5; ja2.19]. {ONE GOD – not a 3 in 1 / 1 in 3 mysterious god.}
De6.5 And thou shalt love the LORD THY GOD with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. [de4.29, de30.2,6,10; je29.13; mt22.37; mk12.30; lk10.27]
Jo24.14 >Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD.
Jo24.15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, CHOOSE YOU THIS DAY WHOM YE WILL SERVE; whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
Jo24.16 And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods; {The LORD is God the Father and no other gods.}
1K1.13 Go and get thee in unto king David, and say unto him, Didst not thou, my lord, O king, swear unto thine handmaid, saying, Assuredly SOLOMON thy son shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne? why then doth Adonijah reign? {Note the parallels between David/God the Father, Solomon/Jesus the Only Begotten Son of God, and Satan as Adonijah/the Spirit of God. In the trinity doctrine, Satan as Adonijah acts as ‘God the Spirit’. Adonijah attempts to seize the throne and reign despite David’s earlier promise that Solomon would reign after him.}
Jb26.13 By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent. {wind, breath, mind, spirit = Ruach H7307. This was the creative force.} {garnished = brightness.}

Jb27.3 All the while my {Job} breath [is] in me, and the SPIRIT OF GOD [is] in my nostrils;
Ps2.7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou [art] my Son; THIS DAY have I BEGOTTEN THEE. [ac13.33]
Ps33.6 By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the BREATH of his mouth. {wind, breath, mind, spirit = Ruach H7307. This was the creative force.} {Hebrew poetry – 1st part of verse; then 2nd part. Word and Spirit are synonymous.}
Ps51.10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. {Christ’s representative, the Holy Spirit of God is put within us; not the actual dwelling of another god.}
Ps51.11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not THY HOLY SPIRIT from me. {Relates to God}
Ps139.7 Whither shall I go from THY SPIRIT? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? {There is one God, a personal, spiritual being, the creator of all things, omnipotent, omniscient, and eternal, infinite in wisdom, holiness, justice, goodness, truth, and mercy; unchangeable, and everywhere present by his representative, the Holy Spirit.}
And the Son of God declares concerning Himself: {PP 34.1 1890}
Pr8.22 The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
Pr8.23 I was set up FROM everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was. {From, NOT THROUGHOUT}
Pr8.24 When [there were] no depths, I WAS BROUGHT FORTH; when [there were] no fountains abounding with water. { A son is brought forth from his father}.
Pr8.25 Before the mountains were settled, before the hills WAS I BROUGHT FORTH: { A son is brought forth from his father}.
Pr8.26 While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
Pr8.27 When he prepared the heavens, I [was] there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
Pr8.28 When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
Pr8.29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:
Pr8.30 Then I was by him, [as] one brought up [with him]: and I was daily [his] delight, rejoicing always before him; {A son is often by the side of his father when he is brought / growing up}.
Is28.10 For precept [must be] upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, [and] there a little:

Is28.13 But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, [and] there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

Is34.16 >Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them. {The targum says “for by His Word they shall be gathered together.}
Is42.8 I [AM] THE LORD: that [is] my name: and MY GLORY WILL I NOT GIVE TO ANOTHER, neither my praise to graven images. [de6.4; ml2.10; mk12.29-30,32; jn17.3; ro3.30; 1co8.4&6; ep4.6; 1ti2.5; ja2.19]. {So no changes – just like ml3.6 confirms.}
Is48.16 >Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there [am] I: and now the LORD GOD, AND HIS SPIRIT, hath sent me. {The targum says “and His Word”}
Is63.11 Then he remembered the days of old, Moses, [and] his people, [saying], Where [is] he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of his flock? where [is] he that put HIS holy Spirit within him? {Not possible to do if a person or god the holy spirit.}
Ho6.3 Then shall we know, [if] we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter [and] former rain unto the earth. {rain equates to spirit}
Mi5.2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, [though] thou be little among the thousands of Judah, [yet] out of thee shall he come forth unto me [that is] to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth [have been] FROM of old, FROM everlasting. [mt2.5-6, jn7.42] { Note: FROM of old but it does NOT say THROUGHOUT everlasting. SoP speaks of a time period for THROUGHOUT eternity.}
Zc6.12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name [is] The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:
Zc6.13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his THRONE; and he shall be a priest upon his THRONE: and THE COUNSEL OF PEACE SHALL BE BETWEEN THEM BOTH. {Both, always implies 2 parties are involved – God the Father and His only begotten Son.}
Ml2.10 Have we not all ONE FATHER? hath not ONE God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers? [de6.4; is42.8; mk12.29-30,32; jn17.3; ro3.30; 1co8.4&6; ep4.6; 1ti2.5; ja2.19]. {How true; trinity brothers fighting brothers in Christ – because they point out that church error is NOT God’s Word.}
Ml3.6 For I [am] the LORD, I CHANGE NOT; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
Mt3.11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and [with] fire: {Fire – symbolizes the transforming energy of the Holy Spirit’s actions. In the form of tongues “as of fire”, the Holy Spirit rested on the disciples on the morning of Pentecost. Also note who does the baptizing – JESUS does with HIS Holy Spirit – He does NOT call upon a 3 god.}
Mt3.16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
Mt3.17 And lo a VOICE from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. {Note: Here we see all the heavenly trio in action: God the Father [via His voice], His Only Beloved Son [in person for baptism] and the presence of His Holy Spirit. [The Talmud compares the Spirit of God to a dove that hovers over the face of the waters.] This heavenly trio is NOT in the trinity format.}
Mt4.10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, THOU SHALT WORSHIP THE LORD THY GOD, AND HIM ONLY SHALT THOU SERVE. [de6.13, lk4.8] {So plain and simple – God the Father worship; nothing mysterious.}
Mt11.27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and [he] to whomsoever the Son will reveal [him]. {Father and Son knoweth but no Holy Spirit is mentioned – although followers of Jesus are mentioned and will know. Under the trinity doctrine, this just does not make sense – surely a “god the holy spirit” should know and would be cited before any mention is made of believers?}
Mt12.31 >Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
Mt12.32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the [world] to come. {To make the Holy Ghost into a co-equal god when Scripture says otherwise is blasphemy.}
Mt16.27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. {Apparently, “god the holy spirit” does bother to come.}
Mt27.46 And about the ninth hour JESUS CRIED WITH A LOUD VOICE, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAST THOU FORSAKEN ME? {THOU implies a singular God – as a trinitarian god he would have said the plural you and, by an unexplainable mystery, he would have also been speaking to himself ! }
Mt28.18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All POWER is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
{The important fact that Jesus is telling His disciples in this verse is that He has received All POWER from His Father.}

Mt28.19 >Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
{This verse tells us that there is a God, there is a Son and there is a Holy Spirit. This verse does not say anything about their nature, nor the relationship that they hold to each other, it does not tell us that there are 3 entities or persons, nor that God is made up of three persons, it does not tell us who the Holy Spirit is, nor that these 3 persons make 1 God, [the word God in this verse is not even mentioned], nor is anything said about the Godhead. This verse says absolutely nothing about any co-equal, co-eternal, co-existent characteristics of these 3 persons or beings.
At Matthew 28:19 reference is made to “the name . . . of the Holy Ghost.” But the word “name” does not always mean a personal name, either in Greek or in English. When we say “in the name of the law,” we are not referring to a person. We mean that which the law stands for; its authority. Robertson’s Word Pictures in the New Testament says: “The use of name [onoma] here is a common one in the Septuagint and the papyri for power or authority.” So baptism ‘in the name of the Holy Spirit’ recognizes the authority of the spirit, that it is from God and functions by His divine will. This, His disciples understood, because they knew that God had given Jesus all authority; all power.}
What is the ONLY name under heaven whereby we can be saved?
Ac4.10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, [even] by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
Ac4.12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is NONE OTHER NAME under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
We do NOT call on the name of the Father or Holy Spirit to be saved in baptism; only JESUS who died for our sins. Nothing else is able to met that criteria.
{We cannot prove this verse has been tampered with by the Catholic Church but what we do know is:
1) The Catholic Church confess to changing it. The Catholic Encyclopedia, II, page 263: “The baptismal formula was changed from the name of Jesus Christ to the words Father, Son, and Holy Spirit by the Catholic Church in the second century.”
2) Most theologians also agree that they did change it.
3) No one followed this supposed instruction and all were baptized in the name of Christ ONLY!
4) Other Scriptures say we are baptized and saved by calling on the name of the Lord ONLY.
5) Eusebius [c.260-339 AD] who saw the earliest manuscripts when he quoted this verse wrote that it said, “In His name”.
The weight of evidence is overwhelming that Matthew 28:19 was changed to the words Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Do those verses say that God, Christ and the Holy Spirit constitute a Trinitarian Godhead, that the three are equal in substance, power and eternity? No, they do not, no more than listing three people, such as Tom, Dick and Harry, means that they are three in one.

All the New Testament baptisms were carried out in the name of Jesus – ac2.38; ac8.12; ac8.16; ac10.48; ac16.15; ac18.8; ac19.5; ac22.16; ro6.3-4; 1co1.12-17; ga3.27; ep4.5 and 1p3.21. Question: Should the original Mt28.19 wording have been as we know it now, then why was every recorded apostle disobeying this commandment of Jesus? Answer: ???
1th5.21 PROVE ALL THINGS; hold fast that which is good.}
Paul in 1 Corinthians 1:13 stated: “Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?” The obvious answer to this rhetorical question is, “No. You were baptized in the name of Christ because HE was crucified for you.”Mk16.16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Ac22.16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and BE BAPTIZED, and wash away thy sins, calling on THE NAME OF THE LORD.
We do NOT call upon the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for there is no other name beside our Saviour for sin.
Ac4.12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is NONE OTHER NAME under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
For Seventh-Day Adventists: “I saw that God had especially guarded the Bible; yet when copies of it were few, learned men had in some instances changed the words, thinking that they were making it more plain, when in reality they were mystifying that which was plain, by causing it to lean to their established views, which were governed by tradition. But I saw that the Word of God, as a whole, is a perfect chain, one portion linking into and explaining another. True seekers for truth need not err; for not only is the Word of God plain and simple in declaring the way of life, but the Holy Spirit is given as a guide in understanding the way to life therein revealed.” — (E.G. White, Early Writings, 220.2, 1882).
Note: This text was given to us in 1882. Should God’s Word, the KJV Bible have been corrected by then, then this text would have been mere history for our [irrelevant] awareness only. No corrections were made between 1882 and the last, and 7th, KJV Bible update was made in 1900 by the Cambridge Press. Therefore, we should not be surprised to find out that God has permitted certain Bible verses to be altered. These alterations will deceive many – but not God’s very elect who, by diligent study of His Word, will be led to a knowledge of all truth. Note also that Prophecy is History told to us in advance.
Jesus was not telling His disciples about God; He was telling them to firstly teach and then baptize all nations through the power given to Him. This verse does not tell us how Jesus wanted us to teach; that had already been done:
God the Father being the only true God [jn17.3]; that He is Lord of heaven and earth [mt11.25] and that He is the God of Israel [jn4.21-22].
That He, is the Son of God, that God was His Father [jn10.36, jn5.18].
That He came out from God; that is He was the only begotten Son of God [jn17.8, jn3.16].
That His Sonship gave Him His divine inheritance [jn5.23, 26].
That His divine Sonship was recognised by His friends and enemies [mt16.16; mk5.7].
The Spirit is Life [jn6.63]; His very own life and breath [jn20.22].
I [Jesus] will not leave you Comfortless; I [Jesus] will come to you [jn14.18]. So when Christ spoke of His Spirit, He was speaking of His person; the divinity of His character.
This is what the disciples learnt from Jesus; they did not hear that God was 3 persons in 1 trinity; this is what you now hear about baptism in mt28.19.
Mt28.20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.
{ I = Jesus Christ, in person, through His Holy Spirit which is the Holy Spirit of God}.
Mk12.28 >And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?
Mk12.29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments [is], Hear, O Israel; THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD: [de6.4; is42.8; ml2.10; mk12.30,32; jn17.3; ro3.30; 1co8.4&6; ep4.6; 1ti2.5; ja2.19]
Mk12.30 And thou shalt love the LORD THY GOD with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this [is] the first commandment. [de4.29, de6.5, de30.2,6,10; je29.13; mt22.37; lk10.27]
Mk12.31 And the second [is] like, [namely] this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. [le19.18; mt5.43, mt19.19, mt22.39; lk10.27; ro13.9; ga5.14]
Mk12.32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: FOR THERE IS ONE GOD; and there is none other but HE: [de6.4; is42.8; ml2.10; mk12.29-30; jn17.3; ro3.30; 1co8.4&6; ep4.6; 1ti2.5; ja2.19]
Mk12.33 And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love [his] neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
Mk12.34 And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, THOU ART NOT FAR FROM THE KINGDOM OF GOD. And no man after that durst ask him [any question]. {Jesus confirms that this ONE GOD belief is NOT FAR FROM THE KINGDOM OF GOD. }
Mk13.32 >But of that day and [that] hour knoweth no man, no, not the ANGELS which are in heaven, neither the SON, but the FATHER. [Mt24.36] {Again, no Holy Spirit}
Mk15.34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? {thou implies a singular God – as a trinitarian god he would have said the plural you and, by an unexplainable mystery, he would have also been speaking to himself ! }
Lk1.35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the POWER of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called THE SON OF GOD.
{The “POWER of the HIGHESTis GOD the Father; the Spirit of Christ (the Comforter) had not yet been given. The FATHER of JESUS was GOD.} {From the trinity perspective where you have a “God the Holy Spirit”, the Son of God would be fathered by “God the Holy Ghost” and by God the Father. Therefore, Christ would have a least two fathers [don’t forget “God the Son”] – the LGBTQIAP+ community would have got it right!}
{Lesbian refers to a woman who loves other women. Gay refers to a person, often a man, who loves members or their own gender. Bisexual, or Bi, refers to a person who loves both or all genders. Transgender, or Trans, refers to a person who identifies as a different gender then what her/his birth certificate says. Queer refers to anyone who loves people of their own gender, either a gay person or a bisexual person. Intersex refers to anyone born with any of several variations in sex characteristics. Asexual/Aromantic, or Ace/Aro, refers to a person who does not experience sexual/romantic attraction. Pansexual refers to a person who loves any person for their personality, regardless of their gender. The “+” is for anything else “Abnormal” that is still to transpire. Praise God that there remains a Normal category.}
{Also note that with Jesus Christ being the Holy Spirit, impregnating the virgin Mary, then He [Jesus] becomes the Biological Father of Himself!}
Lk3.22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased. {With the trinity doctrine we have a Jesus formed from two fathers – if you say that the 3 gods are one then you must also say that Jesus formed himself!}
Lk4.8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, THOU SHALT WORSHIP THE LORD THY GOD, AND HIM ONLY SHALT THOU SERVE. [de6.13, mt4.10] {The LORD THY GOD is God the Father – and no-one else.}
Lk4.18 The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, {Note: With the “Spirit of the Lord” as the Holy Spirit then, if a trinitarian person, we would have a literal god literally “piggy-backing” Jesus Christ.}
Lk9.26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and [in his] Father’s, and of the holy angels. {Again the holy angels are mentioned but not the Holy Spirit,}
Lk9.30 And, behold, there talked with him TWO MEN, which were Moses and Elias: {Note: Not 3 – God and Christ ALWAYS work with ONE or TWO and never sends THREE men. ge19.1,lk24.4, jn20.12, ac1.10}
Lk9.33 And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said. {Note: Jesus rebukes Peter – there is only ONE true tabernacle in heaven – three earthly tabernacles on earth being totally incorrect.}
Lk24.4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: {Note: Not 3 – God and Christ ALWAYS work with ONE or TWO and never sends THREE angels. ge19.1, lk9.30, jn20.12, ac1.10}
Jn1.1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with {the} God, and the Word was God. {the} occurs in the the Greek Textus Receptus (otherwise known as the Received Text) of the New Testament. This is the koine Greek (or common Greek) from which the King James Version of the bible was translated.
At John 1:1 there are two occurrences of the Greek noun the·os’ [god]. The first occurrence refers to Almighty God, with whom the Word was [“and the Word [lo’gos] was with God [a form of the·os’]”]. This first the·os’ is preceded by the word ton [the], a form of the Greek definite article that points to a distinct identity, in this case Almighty God [“and the Word was with [the] God”].
Jn1.2 The same was in {the} beginning with God. {Literally in Greek, John 1:2 says: ‘He was in beginning with God.’  Notice that in Greek there is no definite article before the word ‘beginning’.  It makes sense to include the definite article ‘the’ in our English translation for the sake of clarity and English idiom. Thus, ‘He was in the beginning with God.’}
Jn1.3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Jn1.14 And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, AND DWELT AMONG US, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of THE ONLY BEGOTTEN OF THE FATHER,) full of grace and truth. {The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence.}
Jn1.18 No man hath seen God at any time; THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, which is in the BOSOM OF THE FATHER, he hath declared [him]. {The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence. So Jesus came from the bosom of His Father. Father existed first, then formed His only begotten Son – just like in mankind. This disproves the co-existant, co-eternal trinity doctrine where Jesus and the Holy Spirit are said to have always existed as gods.}
Jn3.16 >For GOD so loved the world, that he GAVE his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. {The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence. Note: God did not send His Son to be begotten. God sent His Only Begotten Son. God already had an Only begotten Son; and in His Love to restore fallen man, this is what God gave. How did He give? The Eternal Father, the unchangeable one, gave his only begotten Son, TORE FROM HIS BOSOM Him who was made in the express image of his person, and sent him down to earth to reveal how greatly he loved mankind. ….. {Review & Herald, July 9, 1895 par. 13} The condition for having everlasting life is to believe that GOD has given His ONLY BEGOTTEN SON and to believe in Him. This is as the baptisms within Acts.}
Jn3.17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. {3rd person usage. So salvation is through Jesus; not through a god the holy spirit.}
Jn3.18 >He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD. {3rd person usage. The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence.}
Jn4.21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when YE [plural] SHALL neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, WORSHIP THE FATHER.
Jn4.22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for SALVATION IS OF THE JEWS {they worship only ONE God}.
Jn4.23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the TRUE worshippers shall WORSHIP THE FATHER IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH: FOR THE FATHER SEEKETH SUCH TO WORSHIP HIM [singular].
Jn4.24 God [is] a SPIRIT: and they that WORSHIP HIM [singular] must worship [him] in spirit and in truth. {Note: So why does there need to be another god the [Holy] Spirit? There already is one – the Holy Spirit OF God.}
Jn5.19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. {As Christ can do nothing of Himself then He cannot be co-equal in power – trinity belief}
Jn5.22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: {The Holy Spirit of God is NOT a judge.}
Jn5.23 That all [men] should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. {The Holy Spirit of God is NOT honoured.}
Jn5.26 For as the FATHER hath life in himself; so hath he GIVEN to the SON to have life in himself; {So the Father – already existing – gives [at some later point in time] life to His Son = human beings being the similar equivalent. This disproves the trinity doctrine which says that Jesus is co-eternal, co-existent with the Father. This verse is, with jn8.42, very important to study.}
Jn6.57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I LIVE BY THE FATHER: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. {Jesus lives by the Father because He was formed from His Father – torn from His bosom – His place of deepest Love – His heart. Christ is not here referring to His doctrine, but to HIS PERSON, the divinity of His character. (E.G.White, 1 Selected Messages, p.249 1958).}

Jn6.63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, [they] are spirit, and [they] are life. {Christ is not here referring to His doctrine, but to HIS PERSON, the divinity of His character. (E.G.White, 1 Selected Messages, p.249 1958).}
Jn8.16 And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the FATHER that sent me. {But no Holy Spirit.}
Jn8.41 Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have ONE FATHER, [EVEN] GOD. {Yes, they were ONE God believing Jews – just like Jesus – who was a Jew}.
Jn8.42 Jesus said unto them, If GOD were your FATHER, ye would love me: for I PROCEEDED FORTH AND CAME FROM GOD; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. {Literally FROM GOD – like Jn16.27, 16.30 & 17.8 this is not limited just to God’s heavenly location. The Father – already existing – gives [at some later point in time] life to His Son = human beings being the similar equivalent. This disproves the trinity doctrine which says that Jesus is co-eternal, co-existent with the Father. This verse is, with jn5.26, very important to study.}
Jn8.43 Why do ye not understand my speech? [even] because ye cannot hear my word. {How true for those trinitarian believers who just switch off [cannot hear] and will not study.}
Jn10.30 I and [my] FATHER are ONE. {Holy Spirit is not included.}
Jn12.28 Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, [saying], I have both glorified [it], and will glorify [it] again. {If Jesus is a trinity god then who was talking to Him? Note that thy and I are both singular.}
Jn14.10 Believest thou not that I AM IN THE FATHER, AND THE FATHER IN ME? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the FATHER that dwelleth in ME, he doeth the works. {By God’s Holy Spirit.}
Jn14.16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; { The word “another” comes from the word Allos which means “of the same kind”. Christ was the Comforter in physical form; now He is “another Comforter” in spiritual form.}
Jn14.22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, HOW is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? {Judas asks HOW? not WHO?}.
Jn14.23 JESUS answered and said unto him, If a man love ME, he will keep my words: and my FATHER will love him, and WE will come unto him, and make OUR abode with him. {Note: WE and OUR. Notice it’s the Father and the Son who makes their home INSIDE US; NOT THREE, only TWO beings live inside us by their Spirit.}
Jn14.26 But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Jn14.28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come [again] unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for MY FATHER IS GREATER THAN I. {Cannot occur with a 3 god trinity doctrine where all three are Co-equal.}
Jn15.26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the SPIRIT OF TRUTH, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
Jn16.13 Howbeit when he, the SPIRIT OF TRUTH, is come, he will guide you into all truth: FOR HE SHALL NOT SPEAK OF HIMSELF; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. {So the Holy Spirit never speaks of himself – and gives all the glory to Jesus [jn16.14] who gives all the glory to His Father. With the co-equal trinity doctrine this could never occur.}
Jn16.14 HE SHALL GLORIFY ME: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show [it] unto you.
Jn16.25 These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall show you plainly of the FATHER. { proverbs = parables. That time is now.}
Jn16.27 For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I CAME OUT FROM GOD. {Literally CAME OUT FROM GOD – like Jn8.42, 16.30 & 17.8 this is not limited just to God’s heavenly location.}
Jn16.28 I CAME FORTH FROM THE FATHER, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father. {Jesus – the Only Begotten Son of the Father; should the Holy Spirit have been begotten then Jesus would not have been the Only Begotten Son.}
Jn16.29 His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb.
Jn16.30 Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that THOU CAMEST FORTH FROM GOD. {FROM GOD – see notes for Jn8.42,16.27 & 17.8}
Jn16.31 Jesus answered them, Do ye now believe?
Jn17.3 AND THIS IS LIFE ETERNAL, THAT THEY MIGHT KNOW THEE THE ONLY TRUE GOD, AND JESUS CHRIST, whom THOU hast sent. [de6.4; is42.8; ml2.10; mk12.29-30,32; ro3.30; 1co8.4&6; ep4.6; 1ti2.5; ja2.19]. {What is life eternal ? THAT THEY MIGHT KNOW THEE THE ONLY TRUE GOD, AND JESUS CHRIST .}
Jn17.8 For I have given unto them the words which THOU gavest ME; and they have received [them], and have known surely that I CAME OUT FROM THEE, and they have believed that THOU didst send ME. {CAME OUT FROM THEE – Again literally, just like Jn8.42, 16.27, 16.30 – see their notes.}
Jn20.12 And seeth TWO ANGELS in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. {Note: Not 3 – God and Christ ALWAYS work with ONE or TWO and never sends THREE angels. ge19.1, lk9.30, lk24.4, ac1.10}
Jn20.31 But these are written, THAT YE MIGHT BELIEVE THAT JESUS IS THE CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD; and that believing ye might have life through his name. {Not that Jesus was Almighty God. It meant “Son” in a literal way, as with a natural father and son, not as some mysterious part of a Trinity Godhead.}
Ac1.10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; {Note: Not 3 – God and Christ ALWAYS work with ONE or TWO and never sends THREE angels. ge19.1, lk9.30, lk24.4, jn20.12}
Ac2.17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith GOD, I will pour out of MY SPIRIT upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
Ac2.18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of MY SPIRIT; and they shall prophesy: {Note: If the Holy Spirit is a trinitarian person, let alone a god[!], then these two verses become silly; as a Power / Personality they are fully understood.}
Ac2.30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that GOD had sworn with an oath to him, that of THE FRUIT OF HIS LOINS, according to the flesh, he WOULD RAISE UP CHRIST TO SIT ON HIS THRONE; {THE FRUIT OF HIS LOINS implies a child formed from God = His only begotten Son.}
Ac2.38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST for the remission of sins, and ye SHALL RECEIVE the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Ac7.55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and SAW the glory of God, and JESUS standing on the right hand of God, {Note: Stephen could only see the glory of God but he SAW JESUS – Jesus was still a MANkind form. He did NOT see the Holy Spirit, nor a Trinity Godhead.}
Ac8.15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:
Ac8.16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS.)
Ac8.17 Then laid they [their] hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.
Ac10.48 And he commanded them to be BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF THE LORD. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.
Ac13.33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou [art] my Son; THIS DAY have I BEGOTTEN THEE. [ps2.7] {The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence.}
Ac17.29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device.
Ac17.30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
Ac17.31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by [that] man whom he hath ordained; [whereof] he hath given assurance unto all [men], in that he hath raised him from the dead.
Ac19.4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
Ac19.5 When they heard [this], they were BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS.
Ac19.6 And when Paul had laid [his] hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

Ac20.28 >Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the HOLY GHOST hath made you overseers, to feed the CHURCH OF GOD, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
Ac22.16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and BE BAPTIZED, and wash away thy sins, calling on THE NAME OF THE LORD.
Within Romans-Jude the “Holy Spirit” is mentioned just 3 times [by Paul] ep1.13, ep4.30 & 1th4.8. It’s owner is God.
Within Romans-Jude the “Holy Ghost” is mentioned 23 times. Ro15:13 confirms it is a
power and 2p1.21 implies a spirit.
Paul in
ALL his Salutations and Valedictions [14+14] always refers to God and / or Jesus; never to the Holy Spirit / Ghost.

Ro1.7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called [to be] saints: Grace to you and peace from GOD OUR FATHER, and the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Ro1.20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Ro1.21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified [him] not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Ro3.30 Seeing [it is] ONE God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. [de6.4; is42.8; ml2.10; mk12.29-30,32; jn17.3; 1co8.4&6; ep4.6; 1ti2.5; ja2.19]
Ro8.9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the SPIRIT OF GOD dwell in you. Now if any man have not the SPIRIT OF CHRIST, he is none of his. {Thus, the Holy Spirit is both the SPIRIT OF GOD and the SPIRIT OF CHRIST.}
Ro8.11 But if the Spirit of HIM that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by HIS Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Ro8.14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Ro15.13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the POWER of the Holy Ghost.

Ro15.19 Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.
Ro16.27 To God only wise, [be] glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.
1co1.3 Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from GOD OUR FATHER, and [from] the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
1co2.16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. {Note: So the Holy Spirit, which is the Spirit of God, gives us the mind of Christ. It is God’s revelation to His people of the deep things about Himself that He makes known to only them via being able to search all things. The Holy Spirit has nothing to do with being another person nor god.}
1co3.16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
1co3.17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which [temple] ye are. {The destruction is [naturally] done by the Spirit’s owner who is God.}
1co4.15 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet [have ye] not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. {Note Paul’s time parallel with that of God’s begotten Son.}
1co6.19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? {With a “god the holy ghost” then we have a person within all of us – it would not be a spirit. Note also the words “of God” denoting the Holy Ghost’s owner.}
1co8.6 But to us [there is but] ONE GOD, THE FATHER, of whom [are] all things, and we in him; AND ONE LORD JESUS CHRIST, by whom [are] all things, and we by him. [de6.4; is42.8; ml2.10; mk12.29-30,32; jn17.3; ro3.30; 1co8.4; ep4.6; 1ti2.5; ja2.19]. {Again, just 2 individual persons and not 3.}
2co3.17 Now THE LORD IS THAT SPIRIT: and where the Spirit of the Lord [is], there [is] liberty.
2co6.4 But in all [things] approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
2co6.5 In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;
2co6.6 By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,
2co6.7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
2co6.8 By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and [yet] true;
2co6.9 As unknown, and [yet] well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;
2co6.10 As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and [yet] possessing all things. {Note: In these 7 verses we have just attributes of God – not one person is cited.}
2co6.16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in [them]; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. [ex29.45; le26.11-12; zc2.10; re21.3]
2co13.14 The grace of the LORD JESUS CHRIST, and the love of GOD, and the COMMUNION OF the Holy Ghost, [be] with you all. Amen. {Note: Communion means the sharing or exchanging of intimate thoughts and feelings, especially on a mental or spiritual level. Such implies a spirit and not a person. Notice also that Paul writes that our communion is OF the Holy Spirit, not with the Holy Spirit. As 1 John 1:3 tells us, “Truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ”—the Holy Spirit is not mentioned.}
Ga3.26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
Ga3.27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
Ga4.6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth THE SPIRIT OF HIS SON into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
Ep1.2 Grace [be] to you, and peace, from GOD OUR FATHER, and [from] the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Ep1.3 Blessed [be] the GOD and Father of our Lord JESUS CHRIST, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ:
Ep1.4 According as HE hath chosen us in HIM before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before HIM in love: {Note: The One True God of the Bible is a singular “I”, “Me”, “He”, or “Him”. It is never “They” or any other plural.}
Ep1.13 In whom ye also [trusted], after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, {for it’s owner see ep4.30}
Ep1.20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he {God} raised him {Jesus} from the dead, and set [him] at his own right hand in the heavenly [places], {as a “god the son” then 1. he could not die, but if so, 2. he would be able to raise himself.}
Ep2.18 For through him {Jesus} we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Ep3.9 And to make all [men] see what [is] the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in GOD, who created all things by JESUS CHRIST:
Ep4.6 ONE GOD AND FATHER OF ALL, WHO [IS] ABOVE ALL, and through all, and in you all. [de6.4; is42.8; ml2.10; mk12.29-30,32; jn17.3; ro3.30; 1co8.4&6; 1ti2.5; ja2.19]
Ep4.11 And he gave some, APOSTLES; and some, PROPHETS; and some, EVANGELISTS; and some, PASTORS and TEACHERS;
Ep4.12 FOR THE PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS, for the work of the MINISTRY, for the edifying of the body of Christ: {MINISTRY = MIN-IS-TRY = The act of serving.}
Ep4.13 TILL we all come in the UNITY of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
Ep4.14 That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with EVERY WIND OF DOCTRINE, by the sleight of men, [and] cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
Ep4.15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, [even] Christ:
Ep4.30 And grieve not the HOLY SPIRIT of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. {Note: Ephesians 1:13 spoke about the ‘Holy Spirit of’ Promise; here, at the only other ‘Holy Spirit of’ instance in the Bible, we find it’s owner.}
Ep5.5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in THE KINGDOM OF CHRIST AND OF GOD. {TWO Divine Beings have a kingdom. GOD, who is THE FATHER, and His Only Begotten Son, JESUS CHRIST. TWO Divine Beings have a throne [See Re22.1 & 3]. The throne is a 2 seater not a 3 seater; there is NO HOLY SPIRIT. The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence.}
Ep6.23 Peace [be] to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ph1.2 Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from GOD OUR FATHER, and [from] the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Ph1.19 For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the SPIRIT OF JESUS CHRIST, {So, so plain, for those with visible eyes.}
Ph2.5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Ph2.6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be EQUAL with God:
Ph2.11 And [that] every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ [is] Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Ph3.3 For we are the circumcision, which WORSHIP GOD in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
Ph3.14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Cl1.2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from GOD OUR FATHER and the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Cl1.3 We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,
Cl2.8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
Cl2.9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Cl3.1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. {Note: 8 references to the right hand of God – no one sits on His left.}
1th1.1 Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians [which is] in God the Father and [in] the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from GOD OUR FATHER, and the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
1th1.10 And to wait for HIS Son from heaven, whom HE raised from the dead, [even] Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. {Note: The One True God of the Bible is a singular “I”, “Me”, “He”, or “Him”. It is never “They” or any other plural.}
1th3.11 Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you.
1th3.13 To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
1th4.8 He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us HIS HOLY SPIRIT. {Paul confirms that the Holy Spirit is an attribute of God; it is not another person nor god.}
1th5.21 PROVE ALL THINGS; hold fast that which is good.
1th5.22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
1th5.23 And the very GOD of peace sanctify you wholly; and [I pray God] your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord JESUS CHRIST.
2th1.1 Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians in GOD OUR FATHER and the LORD JESUS CHRIST:
2th1.2 Grace unto you, and peace, from GOD OUR FATHER and the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
2th1.12 That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our GOD and the Lord JESUS CHRIST.
1ti1.1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of GOD our saviour, and LORD JESUS CHRIST, [which is] our hope;
1ti1.2 Unto Timothy, [my] own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, [and] peace, from GOD OUR FATHER and JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.
1ti2.5 FOR [THERE IS] ONE GOD, AND ONE MEDIATOR between God and men, THE MAN CHRIST JESUS; [de6.4; is42.8; ml2.10; mk12.29-30,32; jn17.3; ro3.30; 1co8.4&6; ep4.6; ja2.19] {Note: A mediator is an impartial person. Note also the only reference to THE MAN CHRIST JESUS. Paul is writing to Timothy AFTER Christ’s ascension to heaven. Jesus’ work as the perfect mediator between God and man is not only dependent on His death but also in his continuing humanity. In His humanness, we are united to Him by faith, and only in Him are we united to God.}
1ti3.5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the CHURCH OF GOD?)
1ti3.15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in THE HOUSE OF GOD, which is the CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD, the pillar and ground of the truth.
1ti5.21 I charge [thee] before GOD, and the Lord JESUS CHRIST, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality. {In the order of importance, the elect angels are mentioned after Jesus Christ – no sign of a Holy Spirit person or god.}
2ti1.2 To Timothy, [my] dearly beloved son: Grace, mercy, [and] peace, from GOD THE FATHER and CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD.
2ti1.7 For GOD HATH not GIVEN US THE SPIRIT of fear; but OF POWER, AND OF LOVE, AND OF A SOUND MIND. {With the trinity doctrine being a mystery, mankind could easily fear the unknown / unseen “god the holy spirit”.}
2ti1.14 That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us. {Note: Cannot be a person – how can you have a person within a person?}
2ti2.7 Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.
2ti4.1 I charge [thee] therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2ti4.2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. {Sometimes God’s message will not be received in a palatable manner; but we are told still to Preach.}
2ti4.22 The Lord Jesus Christ [be] with thy spirit. Grace [be] with you. Amen. {Despite the Holy Spirit having been given, Paul correctly understands that it is the presence of Jesus – in the form of His Spirit (from the Father) – that will unit with “thy spirit”.}
Tt1.4 To Titus, [mine] own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, [and] peace, from GOD THE FATHER and the LORD JESUS CHRIST our Saviour.
Tt1.9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.
Tt3.5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and RENEWING of the Holy Ghost; {Note: You can’t renew a person nor a god. The Holy Ghost is an attribute of God; it is not another person or god.}
Pn1.3 Grace to you, and peace, from GOD OUR FATHER and the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Pn1.25 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with your spirit. Amen. {Despite the Holy Spirit having been given, Paul correctly understands that it is the presence of Jesus – in the form of His Spirit (from the Father) – that will grant the grace “with your spirit”.}
He1.1 GOD, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
He1.2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by [his] SON, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; {Cp.: he1.2 & jn1.3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.}
He1.3 Who being the brightness of [his] glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, SAT DOWN ON THE RIGHT HAND OF THE MAJESTY ON HIGH; {No-one sits on the left of God. God the Father is not seated in the centre of His throne.}
He1.5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, THIS DAY have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? {Note: Hence Pre and Post days would occur to THIS DAY. The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence.}
He1.6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him [singular]. {The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence.}
He1.8 But unto the SON [he saith], THY throne, O GOD, [is] for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness [is] the sceptre of thy kingdom. {God the Father confirms the Divinity of His Only Begotten Son}
He5.5 So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. {The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence.}
He5.8 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; {A “God the Son” would not have to learn – he would always be omniscient [all knowing at all times]}
He9.14 How much more shall the blood of CHRIST, who through the ETERNAL SPIRIT offered himself without spot to GOD, purge your conscience from dead works to serve THE LIVING GOD?
He9.24 For CHRIST is not entered into the holy places made with hands, [which are] the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the PRESENCE of GOD for us: [If you appear in someone else’s presence, how can you be that person? You cannot. You must be different and separate.]
He10.31 [It is] a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the LIVING GOD. {Biblically, the word fear means a sense of respect, awe, and submission.}
He11.17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten [son]. {The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence. Note the parallel: Isaac was begotten of Abraham – Abraham existed before Isaac.}
He12.2 Looking unto JESUS the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is SET DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE THRONE OF GOD.
He13.20 Now the GOD of peace, that BROUGHT AGAIN FROM THE DEAD OUR LORD JESUS, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
Ja1.1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.
Ja2.19 Thou believest that there is ONE God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. [de6.4; is42.8; ml2.10; mk12.29-30,32; jn17.3; ro3.30; 1co8.4&6; ep4.6; 1ti2.5]. {So even the devils, including Satan, know that there is only ONE God.}
1p1.3 Blessed [be] the GOD and Father of our Lord JESUS CHRIST, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
1p1.11 Searching what, or what manner of time the SPIRIT OF CHRIST which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. {The SPIRIT OF CHRIST being SPIRIT OF GOD and not a separate god.}
1p3.18 For CHRIST also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that HE might bring us to GOD, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
2p1.1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2p1.2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
2p1.21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake [as they were] moved by the Holy Ghost. {Note: Holy men are moved by a spirit and not physically moved by a person or god}.
1j1.3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship [is] with the FATHER, and with his Son JESUS CHRIST. {No Holy Spirit.}
1j2.23 Whosoever denieth the SON, the same hath not the FATHER: [(but) he that acknowledgeth the SON hath the FATHER also].
1j4.9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. {The word begotten means derived from something which is already in existence.}
1j4.12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
1j4.13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of HIS Spirit.
1j5.5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the SON OF GOD?
1j5.6 This is he that came by water and blood, [even] Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth WITNESS, because the Spirit is truth.
1j5.7 For there are three that BEAR RECORD in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and THESE THREE ARE ONE. {These three are one in bearing the record – this verse says nothing about the nature of God} {Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one in testimony – they all agree in bearing the one record – that Jesus Christ is the Son of God} {SDA 7BC p675}
1 John 5:7-8 have ADDED text.
1j5.8 And there are three that BEAR WITNESS in earth, the Sspirit, and the water, and the blood: and THESE THREE AGREE IN ONE. {Confirms what was said in the previous verse. These verses are about the Oneness of testimony and witness; not the Oneness of God – the subject of witness even continues in the next verse. John is not dealing with the identity nor doctrine of God in this chapter; nor even within this letter.}
S.D.A. Bible Commentary No.7 page 675 for 1 John 5:7-8 – portions in bold for easy reading
7. For there are three. Hebrew practice, based on Deut. 17:6; 19:15; etc., demanded consistent testimony from two or three witnesses before action was taken in certain legal disputes. John is here citing three witnesses in support of the divinity of his Master (1 John 5:5, 6, 8), thus assuring his readers of the reliability of his statement.
Bear record. Gr. marture?, “to witness,” “to testify.” Marture? is translated “to bear witness” (v. 6) and “to testify” (v. 9). The Greek implies that the witness is being borne continuously.
In heaven. Textual evidence attests (cf. p. 10) the omission of the passage “in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth.” The resultant reading of vs. 7, 8 is as follows: “For there are three that bear record, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.” The passage as given in the KJV is in no Greek MS earlier than the 15th and 16th centuries. The disputed words found their way into the KJV by way of the Greek text of Erasmus (see Vol. V, p. 141). It is said that Erasmus offered to include the disputed words in his Greek Testament if he were shown even one Greek MS that contained them. A library in Dublin produced such a MS (known as 34), and Erasmus included the passage in his text. It is now believed that the later editions of the Vulgate acquired the passage by the mistake of a scribe who included an exegetical marginal comment in the Bible text that he was copying. The disputed words have been widely used in support of the doctrine of the Trinity, but, in view of such overwhelming evidence against their authenticity, their support is valueless and should not be used. In spite of their appearance in the Vulgate A Catholic Commentary on Holy Scripture freely admits regarding these words: “It is now generally held that this passage, called the Comma Johanneum, is a gloss that crept into the text of the Old Latin and Vulgate at an early date, but found its way into the Greek text only in the 15th and 16th centuries” (Thomas Nelson and Sons, 1951, p. 1186).
8. The Spirit. The apostle now recapitulates his testimony, but places the Spirit at the head of the list. When Jesus was baptized, the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove bore testimony to John that the one he had baptized was the divinely appointed Messiah, and God Himself proclaimed His Son’s praise (Matt. 3:16, 17). When Christ shed His blood upon the cross, His noble bearing and quiet dignity, aided by the ominous darkness and the earthquake, impressed onlookers with His deity (Matt. 27:45–54). Thus the Spirit operated with the events represented by the water and the blood (see on 1 John 5:6) to affirm that Jesus was the Son of God.
These three agree in one. Literally, “the three are for the one thing,” that is, the three witnesses have the same objective in view—to testify to Christ’s divinity, that men might believe on Him and be saved. It was for this selfsame purpose that John wrote his Gospel (John 20:31).
1j5.9 If we receive the WITNESS of men, the WITNESS of God is greater: for this is the WITNESS of God which he hath TESTIFIED of his Son.
1J5.10 He that believeth on the SON OF GOD hath the WITNESS in himself: he that believeth not GOD hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the RECORD that GOD GAVE of HIS SON. {Cp. Jn3.16}
1J5.11 And this is the RECORD, that GOD hath given to US eternal life, and this life is IN his SON. {Pertaining to His Son – not given to us via another god.}
1J5.12 He that hath the SON hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of GOD hath not life.
2j1.3 Grace be with you, mercy, [and] peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
2j1.9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
Jd1.1 Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, [and] called:
Jd1.4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. {No Holy Spirit.}
Re3.21 To him that overcometh will I grant to SIT WITH ME IN MY THRONE, EVEN AS I also overcame, and AM SET DOWN WITH MY FATHER IN HIS THRONE.
Re4.2 And immediately I was in the spirit; and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and [one] sat on the throne. {Although not part of the Greek text, it is noted that only [one] sat on the throne.}
Re5.13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, [be] UNTO HIM that sitteth upon the throne, AND UNTO THE LAMB for ever and ever.
Re6.16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of HIM that sitteth on the throne, AND from the wrath of THE LAMB:
Re7.10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our GOD which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. {Salvation is in just TWO – God and Jesus; NOT in the Holy Spirit [of God].}
Re7.11 And all the angels stood round about the THRONE, and [about] the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and WORSHIPPED GOD, {Even the heavenly angels worship God the Father – surely they would get things right?}.
Re14.6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
Re14.7 Saying with a loud voice, FEAR GOD, AND GIVE GLORY TO HIM [singular]; for the hour of his judgment is come: AND WORSHIP HIM that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
{Summary of the 1st Angel’s Message: A world-wide final gospel of truth message proclaimed just before Christ’s Second Advent to give glory and worship to God the Father – our Creator.}
Re14.8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
{Summary of the 2nd Angel’s Message: A world-wide final gospel of truth message proclaimed just before Christ’s Second Advent for God’s people to come out of Babylon – to leave the apostate churches of the world – that is Roman Catholicism as well as Protestants who have rejected the truth. By giving your allegiance to Rome – the mother of harlots, you have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. The message is Come out and give glory and worship to God the Father – our Creator – and not to a man-made papal institution or it’s off-spring.}
Re14.9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
Re14.10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Re14.11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
{Summary of the 3rd Angel’s Message: A world-wide final gospel of truth message proclaimed just before Christ’s Second Advent regarding the penalties for worshipping the beast and his image rather than giving the glory and your worship to God the Father – our Creator.
So, when we analysis the 3 Angel’s Messages we conclude that the central and most important theme that God requires us to do is to give GLORY AND WORSHIP TO GOD THE FATHER – our Creator.
Yes, we do this through His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, but NEVER through any other source.
}
Re19.4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and WORSHIPPED GOD that sat on the THRONE, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
Re22.1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of THE THRONE OF GOD AND OF THE LAMB. {Note: TWO Divine Beings sit on a combined throne. GOD, who is THE FATHER, and His Only Begotten Son, JESUS CHRIST. TWO Divine Beings have a kingdom [See v.3 & Ep5.5].}
Re22.3 And there shall be no more curse: but THE THRONE OF GOD AND OF THE LAMB shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: {No trinity “god the holy spirit” sits upon the throne – only GOD THE FATHER, and His Only Begotten Son, JESUS CHRIST .}
